Refuel Log

Settings

  • Select menu Settings

  • Lists: Create or delete Lists
  • User Settings: change currency and volume unit
  • Info: common app information

At least one list for each category needs to be created at the first start up to work with the application. Lists can only be deleted when they are empty.
Currencies can be changes but the values are not effected by the change. The volume unit will also change the displayed results. Currently there can be switched between Liter and US gallon.

Vehicle

Following data can be set per vehicle
  • Preview image
  • Vehicle brand 
  • Vehicle name
  • Identification for example the registration plate
  • Unit which describes the distance between two refuels (Be careful, the value will no be recalculated by changing the
    vehicle settings.
    • Kilometer, the average drain is calculated per 100 kilometer
    • Miles, the average drain is calculated per 100 miles
    • Hours (for example: tractors or excavator), the average drain is calculated per 1 hour
  • Buy date (for displaying the time of ownership
  • First evaluation date (for displaying the vehicles age)
  • (Kilometer, Miles, Hours) at purchase: To calculate the self made distance/time
Return values / calculations
  • current month: returns data of the current month (1st. - today)
  • this year: returns data of the current year  (1st. jan. - today)
  • last year: returns data of the last year 
  • over all time: returns statistics data of all time
There are calculated the average drain, average refuel cost, average distance and entire cost per category.

Fuel Station

Possible Inputs:
  • Description: for example name of fuel station (will be displayed at picker)
  • Location: Where is the fuel station located
  • Expenses (will be recalculated by changing)
    • Unit price
    • Total cost
Summary of date per vehicle
  • Total amount of fuel
  • Total cost
  • Counts of refueling

Refueling

Possible Inpunts:
  • Date & Time: Default time is now
  • Fuel station (by picking one, the unit price or total cost will be took over by the chosen station) 
  • Fuel amount
  • Vehicle (by picking one, the current kilometer, miles or hour amount can be written down) 
  • The list can be changed (as default is the current selected list or the first of all lists)
  • Comment is for all further information
